We support people and their families who are experiencing Domestic Abuse (DA) to stay safe helping them apply for protective court orders, such as Non Molestation Orders, which they could otherwise not afford.

We support clients as Litigants in Person to prepare individualised applications (including Witness Statements), we assist in all the associated paperwork and attend court (capacity permitting). We are qualified DA advisors and have extensive experience in this field. We are not solicitors.

We take self and professional referrals from agencies working with people suffering from DA who would benefit from a protective court order.
